Key Responsibilities

 Develop high-quality, engaging content for various digital platforms, including websites,
blogs, social media, and email campaigns.

 Create multimedia content such as videos, infographics, and images to complement written

 Monitor social media trends and engage with the audience through comments, messages,
and discussions.

 Incorporate SEO best practices into content creation to improve search engine rankings and
increase organic traffic.

 Analyze audience behaviour and preferences to tailor content to the target demographic.

 Encourage audience interaction through comments, shares, likes, and other forms of

 Develop and execute a comprehensive content strategy aligned with organizational goals
and target audience interests.

 Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to ensure content relevance.

 Work closely with graphic designers, video editors, and other team members to create
cohesive and visually appealing content.

 Collaborate with marketing and communication teams to align content with overall brand

 Use analytics tools to track the performance of content and campaigns.

 Provide regular reports on key performance indicators (KPIs) and make data-driven
recommendations for improvement.

 Ensure that all digital content aligns with the brand's voice, style, and messaging guidelines.


 Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.

 Proven experience as a Digital Content Creator or a similar role.

 Proficiency in content creation tools, graphic design software, and video editing software.

 Strong understanding of SEO principles and digital marketing trends.

 Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

 Creative mindset with the ability to generate innovative ideas.

 Familiarity with social media platforms and their respective best practices.
