Monday Registration

In the Monday Integration module, the user needs to register with a Monday.com account first. As a result, the Registration menu is available under the Configuration section of the Monday Integration module.

Monday Registration Wizard

When the user clicks on the Monday Registration menu, a wizard opens. Here, the user must enter their Name and API Token, which is generated in Monday.com. After entering the details, they need to click the Establish Connection button to complete the registration.

Monday Account List View

Once the connection is successfully established, the registered account becomes visible under the Monday Account menu.

The user can view the Account ID and enable the necessary import options to fetch data from Monday.com, including Users, Boards, Groups, and Items.

Now, from the Monday.com application, the user can create a new Board within the Main Workspace to organize and manage their data efficiently.

Now, the user clicks on the Import Data button within the Monday Account to import data from Monday.com into Odoo.

In the Monday Integration module, under the Monday Data menu, the Monday Board menu is visible.

Monday Board Form View

In the Monday Board form view, the board created in Monday.com is visible to the user.

In the Project module, the created Monday.com board is also visible under the Projects kanban view.

When user click on that project then the group title is visible that already created in Monday.com.

In the Project > Configuration > Task Stages menu, users can view projects in the list view.

Create New Task Stage

The user created a new task stage, selected the Isha Foundation project, and saved it. As a result, the Draft stage task was successfully created.

In the Isha Foundation project, the user can now see the newly created Draft stage, which is visible in the task board view, as shown in the image.

The newly created Draft stage is also visible in the Monday.com application under the Isha Foundation workspace.

Create New Task

The user has created a new task under the Isha Foundation project and selected the Monday Account as Browseinfo KD.

The newly created Task also visible in the Monday.com application under the Isha Foundation workspace.

Now user can move that task on draft stage so in the Monday.com application also that task stage moved automatically.

Create CRM Lead Board

Now user can create new CRM Lead Board from the Monday.com application.

Now, again user clicks on the Import Data button within the Monday Account to import data from Monday.com into Odoo.

The Sync Entries section is visible under the Sync Entries menu. Here, the user can see all the synchronized entries, including details such as request date and time, operation type, import action, action performed, account, and status. All displayed entries have a Success status, indicating successful synchronization.

Stages List View

The Stages menu is visible under Configuration in the CRM module.

Create New Stage

Here, the user can create a New Stage and select the Monday Account. After saving the information, the Monday Group ID data will be updated.

Now, the user can see the newly created Stage under the CRM Leads project in the Monday.com application.

Create New Pipeline

The user can create a new pipeline and select the created account in the Monday Account field, which is visible in the Monday Details tab.

Scheduled Action

The Import Monday Data Automatically scheduled action is configured under Technical settings in Odoo. It runs every hour to import data from Monday Account, with an active status and a priority level of 5. The action can also be executed manually if needed.
