Insurance Department Menu

Insurance Frequency Menu
The Insurance Frequency Menu allows users to configure insurance premium frequencies such as monthly, quarterly, half-yearly, and yearly payment schedules. This feature helps businesses automate premium tracking, payment scheduling, and insurance renewal management efficiently.
Insurance Issuer
The Insurance Issuer feature enables businesses to maintain detailed records of insurance providers or issuers associated with insurance policies. Users can manage issuer information, policy relationships, and insurance company details for better insurance administration and reporting.
Create Insurance
Users can create new insurance policies by entering customer details, department information, policy dates, premium information, and insurance coverage details. Newly created insurance records are initially saved in the “Draft” stage, and users can activate the insurance policy by clicking the “Open” button.

Insurance Payments
User can track the number of payments done by customer at which date and how much amount is paid by the customer for insurance under payment tab.
Send Insurance Remainder
User can send insurance premium payment
reminder to the customer via mail for that you have to
choose the date when you want to send reminder and it will
automatically sends reminder of payment to all customer the
gap between sending the reminder will be according to
follow-up-levels of you company.
Insurance Remainder Email
User can see due insurance remainder email send to user.
Insurance Report
Users can generate professional insurance reports for all insurance records or selected insurance policies. The module supports detailed PDF reports for insurance details, payment history, customer information, and policy records.

Payment Follow-ups
You can also set followup setting regarding your company rules. It includes that when to send what reminder to customer according to starting or ending date of insurance. You can also set levels of sending reminder so it will automatically send reminder to customer of their payments.You can select gap between sending reminder and chose template of email which will sent to customer.
