User can create appointees group by creating appointee category and select appointee.

User can create appointees slot by creating appointment slot name, selection of users and type of slot and timings.


Auto Sent Email Reminder Configuration


User have to enable 'Auto Sent Email Reminder' option to automatically sent email to appointee.

Create Appointment from the Portal


User can create or book an appointment directly from the portal.


User can book an appointment by selecting appointment category then select the date for appointment and based on that appointees should be displayed with time slot.


When user tries to book a time slot and if it is already allocated to someone else, Denied popup raised.



Once user select non allocated time shot the 'Book Now' button shown in green color then fill up the other details and click on 'Book Appointment' button to book an appointment.

User can view the list of created appointments in the back-end.

User can view the created appointment with details then confirm the appointment by clicking on 'CONFIRM' button.

User can create an invoice of the appointment by clicking on 'CREATE INVOICE' button.

User can select the payment terms for an appointment invoice and create an invoice.


Manage Appointment from the Portal


User can view the list of created appointment from the portal and easily manage it.


Display Invoices from the Portal


User can view the generated appointment invoices by clicking on 'Invoices' button in the portal.

User can use the communication chatter with attachment to solving appointment related queries.


User can view the generated appointment invoices and pay it directly from the portal.


User have to select the payment provider and pay it.


Register Payment for Appointment Invoice


User can view the selected payment provider in the chatter and register the payment.


Cron for Appointment Reminder to Appointee

Appointee get an email notification about appointment with details.

Cancel Appointment


User can cancel the confirmed appointment by clicking on 'CANCELLED' button.


Display Time Slots and Appointments in Appointee Form


Appointee can view the created time slots for appointments and booked appointments with status in form view.
