Laundry Management Access Rights
Under user configuration give an access rights for 'Delivery Boy', 'Dry Cleaner', 'IronMan' and 'Manager' for laundry management.
Laundry Management Model
Washing Stages Menu
Goto Laundry Management -> Configuration -> Washing Stages menu in that create a washing stages with their amount and warehouse.
POS Configuration for Washing Stages
User can configure the washing stages for product in POS.
User can configure the laundry service for fixed charges or percentage charges.
User can configure the laundry home delivery service.
User can set the laundry service as urgent or normal.
User can set the extra price or extra charges that will be used in laundry service and home delivery service.
User can set the laundry service product and home delivery product.
Select Service Type in POS
User can select the service type for laundry in POS.
User can select multiple laundry service for specific product wise and click on 'ADD' button.
Under Law If user need to urgent service then click on 'Is Urgent' button and pay extra amount for urgent service.
If user need to home delivery service then click on 'Home Delivery' button and pay home delivery charges.
User can see the total amount according to selected service type.
Display Laundry Services in POS Receipt
Laundry Order in the Back-end
Goto Laundry Management -> Laundry -> Laundry Order in that view the list of created laundry orders.
User can see the laundry service smart button in laundry order.
User can view the list of laundry work with status.
User can view the assigned manager for laundry work then assigned responsible person for wash or dry clean and assigned planned hours.
Start Wash by Dry Cleaner Person
Dry cleaner person can start washing by clicking on 'START WASH' button.
Stop Wash by Dry Cleaner Person
Once washing done, Dry cleaner person can stop washing by clicking on 'STOP WASH' button and view the start or stop time and actual wash time.
Start Iron by Iron Person
Iron person can start iron by clicking on 'START IRON' button.
Stop Iron by Iron Person
Once iron done, Iron person can stop iron by clicking on 'STOP IRON' button and view the start or stop time and actual iron time.
Email Notification Once Laundry Work is Ready
User get an email notification once laundry work is ready.
List of Laundry Work with Status
Delivery Button in Laundry Order
Delivery person can click on 'Delivery' button in laundry order.
Print Label of Laundry Order
User can print the label of laundry order by clicking on 'PRINT LABEL' button.
Printed Label of Laundry Order in PDF Format
Return Laundry Products
User can return the laundry product by clicking on 'RETURN PRODUCTS' button.
Make the payment of refund laundry order.
User can view the refunded laundry order.
Laundry Report Menu
Goto Laundry Management -> Laundry -> Laundry Report menu to open laundry report wizard.
Laundry Report Wizard
User have option to print all entries of laundry report by clicking on 'All Entries' checkbox.
Laundry Summary Report in PDF Format
Laundry Report Wizard
User have option to print summary report of laundry by clicking on 'Summary' checkbox and select date range.
