Zoho Connector Module
Users can access the Zoho Connector module from the Odoo dashboard to manage Zoho Books integration.
Create a New Zoho Connector
Click New to create a new Zoho connector. Enter the Client ID, Client Secret, Redirect URL, and Zoho Region Endpoint, then click Generate Link to generate the Zoho authorization link for connecting the Odoo database with Zoho Books.
Click Generate Link to generate the Zoho Authorization URL. The generated URL is displayed in the Zoho Authorization URL field and can be used to authorize the Zoho Books connection.
Click the Zoho Authorization URL to open the Zoho authorization page. Review the requested access for Zoho Books and Zoho Inventory, then click Accept to authorize the connection and allow Odoo to access the required Zoho data.
After clicking Accept, the Zoho Refresh Token, Zoho Access Token, and Expires Access Token fields are automatically populated. Verify the generated token details, then click Activate to activate the created Zoho connector and establish the connection.

Once the Activate button is enabled, the Zoho Connector is activated successfully, allowing Odoo to synchronize data with the connected Zoho Books account.
Import Product from Zoho to Odoo
Enable the Import Product option and click the Product Scan button to import products from Zoho Books into Odoo.

Users can view the products available in their connected Zoho Books account, including the products synchronized through the Zoho Connector.

After clicking Product Scan, the products are imported successfully from Zoho Books to Odoo. Users can also view the log history to track the import status and details of each product.

Users can view the detailed import log for each product, including the status and other information recorded during the individual product import.

Users can view the products imported from Zoho Books in the Odoo Products list, along with their product details.

Export Products from Odoo to Zoho
Enable the Export Product option to export products from Odoo to the connected Zoho Books account.

Go to the Odoo Inventory module, navigate to Products, and open Product Variants. Select the products you want to transfer, click on the Actions menu, and choose Export Product To Zoho.

Navigate to your Zoho Instance within the Odoo Zoho Connector app. Under the Inventory tab, scroll down to the ZOHO PRODUCT LOG HISTORY section to view the success status, date, time, and detailed messages for each exported product.

Verify your exported Odoo products directly within Zoho. Navigate to the Zoho Inventory menu and click on Items to see the complete list of successfully synced products, along with their name, SKU, and stock details.

Navigate to the product menu within the Odoo Zoho Connector app and select Zoho Product. Here, you can easily view your complete list of exported Zoho products directly in your system.
Import Product Stock from Zoho to Odoo
Go to your Zoho Instance and open the Inventory tab. Check the Import Product Stock box, and then click the Stock Scan button to sync your stock levels from Zoho into Odoo.
Product Quantity Before Import Product Stock
Before importing stock from Zoho, user can check current product stock levels in Odoo. Open a specific product and view the On Hand quantity displayed at the top of the screen to see available units before the sync.

After clicking the Stock Scan button, user can easily confirm that product stock imported successfully. Scroll down to the ZOHO PRODUCT LOG HISTORY section at the bottom of the screen to view status, date, time, and detailed success messages for the stock sync process.

In the Product Log window, user can view detailed stock updates. Check the Stock Quant section to easily see updated On Hand Quantity for specific products after importing stock.

After syncing, user can open specific product in Odoo to see updated stock. Check On Hand quantity displayed at the top of the screen to easily view new available units from imported product stock.
Export Product Stock from Odoo to Zoho
To sync inventory levels, user needs to enable the stock export feature. Go to Zoho Instance and open Inventory tab. Check Export Product Stock option to easily export product stock from Odoo to Zoho.

Go to Odoo Inventory module and open Inventory Adjustments. User can easily export product stock by selecting specific products from list, clicking on Actions menu, and choosing Export Stock To Zoho button.

After exporting, user can verify that product stocks exported successfully. Navigate to Zoho Instance and scroll down to ZOHO PRODUCT LOG HISTORY section to view status, date, time, and detailed success messages for each stock export.

In the Product Log window, user can verify that product stock quantity updated successfully. Look at the Stock Quant section to easily check specific location, product name, and current On Hand Quantity after the export.

Users can view the updated stock quantities for exported products directly in the Zoho Inventory product list.
Import Sale Order from Zoho to Odoo
Enable the Import Sale Order option under the Sales Order tab, then click Sales Scan to import sales orders from Zoho Books into Odoo.

Enable the Import Product Stock option under the Stock Sync section, then click Stock Scan to import the latest product stock quantities from Zoho Books into Odoo.

Users can view the available sales orders in Zoho Inventory, including the sales order number, customer name, order status, and other order details.

After clicking Sales Scan, the sale orders are imported successfully from Zoho Books to Odoo. Users can also view the Sales Zoho Log History to track the import status, date, time, and details of each imported sales order.

Export Sale Order from Odoo to Zoho
Users need to enable the Export Sale Order option under the Sales Order section to export sales orders from Odoo to Zoho Books.

Users can select one or more sales orders from the Sales list, open the Actions menu, and click Export Sale to Zoho to export the selected sales orders to Zoho Books.

After clicking Export Sale to Zoho, users can verify that the selected sales orders were exported successfully to Zoho Books. The Sales Zoho Log History also displays the export status, date, time, and message for each sale order.

Import Invoice from Zoho to Odoo
Users need to enable the Import Invoice option under the Invoice/Bills tab and click Invoice Scan to import invoices from Zoho Books to Odoo.

Users can view the imported invoices in Zoho Books, including details such as the invoice number, order number, customer, status, due date, invoice amount, and balance due.

After clicking Invoice Scan, users can verify that the draft invoices were imported successfully from Zoho Books. The Invoice/Bill Zoho Log History also shows the import status, date, time, and message for each invoice.

Users can view the detailed import log for each invoice individually, including the invoice number, due date, reference, company, tax, total amount, currency, and invoice status.

Users can view the imported invoices in the Customer Invoices list, along with their relevant invoice details and status.

User can open Invoices menu to view list of recently imported records. Here, user can easily check important details like customer name, invoice date, due date, and current draft status of synced invoices directly in Odoo.
Export Invoices from Odoo to Zoho
To transfer billing records, user needs to enable invoice export feature. Go to Zoho Instance configuration and open Invoice/Bills tab. Check Export Invoice box to easily sync and export invoices directly from Odoo to Zoho.

Go to Odoo Invoicing module. User can easily export records by selecting specific customer invoices from list, clicking on Actions menu, and choosing Export Invoice To Zoho button.

After exporting, user can verify that invoices exported successfully. Navigate to Zoho Instance, open Invoice/Bills tab, and scroll down to INVOICE/BILL ZOHO LOG HISTORY section to view status, date, time, and detailed success messages for each exported invoice.

In the Invoice Bill Log window, user can confirm that specific invoices exported successfully to Zoho. Check Invoice/Bill Ids section at the bottom to easily view detailed records like invoice number, due date, total amount, and current payment status directly in Odoo.

To verify synced billing records, navigate to Zoho Sales menu and click on Invoices. Here, user can easily view complete list of exported Odoo invoices and check important details like invoice date, customer name, and current payment status.

Import Vendor Bill from Zoho to Odoo
To sync vendor records, go to Zoho Instance configuration and open Invoice/Bills tab. User needs to check Import Vendor Bill option and click on Vendor Bill Scan button to easily import vendor bills from Zoho to Odoo.
