Generate An API Key
In Brevo, Generate an API Key to import and export data.
Brevo Configuration
Add API key and click on test connection.
Connection Successful
If API Key is valid then it will give connection successful message.

Import Folder
Select company name and click on Import Folder button.

Import List
Select company name and click on Import List button.

User can see the imported lists from Brevo.
User can see imported lists from Brevo in mailing list of Odoo.
Import Contact
Select company name and click on Import contacts button.

Import Senders
Select company name and click on Import Sender button.

Select company name and click on Import campaigns button.

Import Templates

Select company name and click on Import Template button.
Create Mailings
User can see imported templates in Brevo templates field.
Use can see sender name and template as per selected template of brevo.
Create List In Odoo
User can see all folder which are imported from Brevo.
Export List From Odoo to Brevo
Export List Wizard
Select company name and click on export list button.
Connection Successful
User can see message of list is created successfully in Brevo.

Create Contact In Odoo

Select company name and click on export contact button.

Create Mailings In Odoo
In mailings, add mailing lists and template.
Create Campaign In Odoo
Click on send mailings button. Add template to export in Brevo.
Export Campaign Wizard
Select company name and click on export campaign button.
Configure Sender
Configure sender mail id to export campaign.
Connection Successful
User can see message of campaign is created successfully in Brevo.
Exported Campaign Brevo
User can see exported campaign details in Brevo.
Update Functionality
User can update contact, list, campaign in Odoo and it will update in Brevo also. User can also delete records in Odoo and it will delete the records in Brevo also.
Brevo Contact
Updated contact in Brevo also.
