It allows you to assign credit and debit balances to your customers, which can be used as a payment method during website and POS transactions. The module lets you easily add or update customer credits and debits, which are visible on each customer's POS and website screens. Additionally, it features the ability to withdraw from a customer's credit balance. If you're focused on website transactions, the module enables credit assignment, updating, and usage as a payment method. Customers can view their credit on the website, add to their balance, and admins can permit payments exceeding the credit balance.

Credit Detail Menu


We have created Credit Details menu in Sales. From that we can add credit for customer.

Smart Button on customer


View Smart button in customer Form view which shows how much credit available for that customer.

Website


Customer can add credit balance in their account from the website and that credit balance is also shown on website too.

Customer can easily add credit balance from here.

You can see a product name "Credit Product" is generated as per entered credit amount.

Customer can add credit balance from different payment method.

Once the order is confirmed credit amount is added in credit balance of that particular customer.

Customer can easily add credit balance and see update in the website itself.

Customer can easily withdraw balance from here.

Customer can easily see update of withdraw.

You can make payment of order using "Credit Payment" as shown in fig.

You can see the order is confirmed with payment method as "Credit Payment".

You can see that amount of order is deducted from user's credit balance.

Payment transaction is also created in back-end as per selected customer, sales order,order amount and credit payment method.

Deducted Balance of user is also display on website in Credit menu


User can View newly created purchase order by clicking on smart button.

When You place an order, more than the available credit amount as shown below.

When order amount is more than your available credit balance, order is not placed.

Admin can allow their customer to pay more then his/her available credit balance.

Customer can add and withdraw amount from credit balance amount as per requirement.

Customer can add amount in their credit by adding amount as per requirement.

In Point Of sale,see customer's credit details.

Payment Methods


We made a credit journal in accounting for payment. Which is also show in POS configuration payment options.

No Customer Warning: We can not use credit payment option if there is no customer selected. It will be raise Error popup.

Credit Availability : Customer should not pay more than its credit availability and not more than order amount.

Payment Options : Customer can pay less amount from his credit for total amount. And for remaining amount he/she can use another journal(payment option).

Exact amount of order : Customer can pay exact amount of order so there is no any option to change amount.

Deduct Credit Amount : When customer has used its credit for purchasing product than it will be automatically deducted from his credit and it will be also affected at backend of Customer.

After done payment, see payment receipt.

POS Withdraw Feature


Click on withdraw button

Select journal type and enter amount which you want to withdraw,then click on apply.

Shows success popup after successfully withdraw


Shows alert when you performed withdraw operation without selecting a customer.

Deduct Credit Amount


When customer has withdraw amount from his credit than it will be automatically deducted from his credit and it will be also affected at backend of Customer.
