Browseinfo Policy Against Unsolicited Advertising

Browseinfo prohibits the advertising or promotion of its website, services, products, or domain— including browseinfo.combrowseinfo.co.in and  browseinfo.in —through unsolicited messages.

We do not authorize or permit anyone to promote Browseinfo using unsolicited commercial email, spam, bulk messages, deceptive messages, misleading subject lines, purchased or harvested contact lists, automated messages, or messages sent to recipients who have not given appropriate consent.

All marketing and business communications sent on behalf of Browseinfo must:

  • Be sent only to individuals or organizations with an appropriate business relationship or consent, where required;
  • Clearly identify Browseinfo and the sender;
  • Accurately describe the purpose and content of the message;
  • Include a clear and functional way to opt out of future communications;
  • Honor unsubscribe and suppression requests promptly; and
  • Comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and email-provider policies.

Browseinfo does not engage in, request, or authorize the use of spam, unsolicited bulk email, phishing, deceptive advertising, or other abusive messaging practices to promote its website or services.

Please include the message, sender information, and relevant headers where available. Browseinfo will investigate reports and take appropriate corrective action, including stopping unauthorized activity and reporting abuse to the relevant service provider.

This policy applies to Browseinfo employees, contractors, partners, affiliates, vendors, and any other party acting on behalf of or claiming to represent Browseinfo. Violations may result in termination of the relationship and other appropriate action.
