Bus Booking Management Access Rights
Under user configuration enable 'Bus Booking Management' option to access bus bookings.
Bus Types Menu
User can create bus type with selecting the type of bus as 'Seating' or 'Sleeper' then entering total row and total seats in single row.
Create Bus Brand
Create Pick up Drop off Points
Bus Point Menu
User can create the bus points then select the pick up drop points.
Bus Amenities
Create Bus Routes
Create bus routes with all the details of bus and timings.
Create Buses
User can create buses with fill up the details and under 'Other Info' tab set bus brand, bus type and amenities.
Bus Booking Menu
User can click on 'Bus Booking' menu to open a bus booking wizard.
User can book the bus using portal in that set
start and end point then select the date to travel and
select the bus type then click on 'Search' button to find
the bus.
Searched Buses
User can view the searched buses then click on 'BOOK' button to booking a specific bus.
User can set his pick up and drop off point for that
specific bus and click on 'SHOW BUS SEAT' button to select
the bus seats for booking.
User can view the all seats of bus in that
available seats in blue color, booked seats in red color and
selected seats in green color.
When user selected the seats based on number of selected seats, Must be enter passenger name, email, age, gender and phone number after that checkout the booking for payment.
Generated Bus Ticket
Once checkout from the booking, Bus tickets generated then register the payment for bus tickets by clicking on 'REGISTER PAYMENT' button.
Trip Information Menu
User can view the list of booked trip with bus, passenger and seats information.
User can cancel the booked ticket by clicking on 'Cancel' button.
Bus Tickets menu
User can view the list of booked ticket of bus.
Print Bus Ticket Report
User can print the booked bus ticket report by click on 'Ticket Report' option.
