Project Sub Project Management
Set Project Operation for User
Under user configuration you can set project operation as Project Coordinator.
Add Sub Projects
Go to Project -> Configuration -> Projects under 'Sub Projects' tab you can add sub projects of parent project.
Display Own and Sub Projects
You can see 'Project Co-Ordinator' access group user has show his own projects and sub projects.
You can see another 'Project Co-Ordinator' access group user has show his own projects and sub projects.
Project Task Timer
Start Task Timer
User can start task timer by clicking "START TASK" button on kanban view.
Task Timer
On clicking "START TASK" button user can see task timer started, user can see task timer on task kanban view and task form view also.
End Task Timer
User can end task timer by clicking "END TASK" button on task kanban view.
Create Timesheet from Task Timer
On clicking "END TASK" button new pop-up will open, Here user can enter description for timesheet, see timer duration, start date time and end date time of timer.
Multi Task Configuration
Under Project > Configuration > Settings menu user need to enable "Allow Multi Task" option.
Now user can start multiple task timer at same time.
Automatic Task Status Updates Reports
Daily Task Update Email
User can see daily task update status is on that day of all tasks created by them and assigned to them.
Weekly Task Update Email
User can see weekly task update status is on that day of all tasks created by them and assigned to them.
Manage Project Documents
Under Project > Documents > Project Documents menu user can see all attached documents of all projects and view in tree, form, and kanban view. User also can see "Resource Model" and "Resource Name" of attachments and download from there.
Manage Task Documents
Under Project > Documents > Task Documents menu user can see all attached documents of all tasks and view in tree, form, and kanban view. User also can see "Resource Model" and "Resource Name" of attachments and download from there.
Set Project Priority
After installing module user can see there is a three stars to set priority for project.

After installing module user can see there is a three stars to set priority for project tasks.
Project Task Send By Email
ON project task user can see "SEND BY EMAIL" button on header. Cliking on this button user can see uploaded attachments on project task.
Project Task Email
User can see received email for project task with attachments.
Mass Update Project Stages
From stages tree view user can select multiple stage and can update projects by clicking "Mass Update Project Stages" menu under "Action" menu, User can also see there is different projects of each task.
Mass Update Project Stages Wizard
On "Mass Update Project Stages" wizard user can tick on 'Mass Update Project' checkbox then select update method and select "Project" for which he/she wants to update and click "UPDATE" button.
Here choose the "Add" method so it adds project with old project in the stages.
Updated Project Stages
User can see stages with updated projects.
Mass Update Tasks Details
From task tree view you can select multiple task and can update task details by clicking "Mass Update Task" menu under "Action" menu, User can also see there is different details of each task.
Mass Update Task Wizard
On "Mass Update Task" wizard you can tick on "Change Project" and "Select Project" for which he/she wants to update and click "UPDATE" button.
Updated Task Projects
You can see all selected task projects are updated.
Project Tasks Multi Users Assignee
You can assign or allow multi users for single task.
Project and Task Reports
Print Project Details Report
Go to Project -> Print -> Project Details menu for print project details in PDF report.

Task Delay Notifications - Overdue Task Notification
Configuration for Task Delay Start Notification
Under project configuration user can tick on 'Delay Task Start Notification' checkbox then inside set delay day(s).
Send email notification based on this start date + Delay Days(s). 
Email for Project Delay Task Start Notification
Email notification sent to users whose tasks not started.
Configuration for Task Delay Completion Notification
Under project configuration user can tick on 'Delay Task Deadline/Overdue Notification' checkbox then inside set delay deadline day(s)
Send email notification based on this Deadline Date + Delay Deadline Days(s)
Email for Project Delay Task Deadline/Overdue Notification
Email Notification sent to user whose task not completed and deadline date is overdue.
Task Scheduler Based on Deadline Date
Based on task deadline user can see task schedule on task tree view.

User can configure Assign user to task for New project.
Assign automatically default user and stage when create a New project.
Create Unique Sequence Number and Configure Task Sequence
Automatically create unique sequence number for New project.
Configure Unique Sequence Number with Prefix for new task.

Create a task reminder
User can create a task reminder by checking on checkbox.
Send details about the task within the email.

You can create task from sale order with using 'ADD A Task' button so one popup will be open.
Import Project Task from CSV/Excel File
Given below is the sample of import file.
- Task Name - Name of the Task
- Project Id - Project Id for Task.
- User- Name of User
- Tag - Name of the Tags
- Deadline Date - Task Deadline Date.
- Description - Task's Desctription
Import Task Wizard
In this wizard you have to upload properly formatted CSV or XLS file you want to import.
Project Own Checklist
Goto Project -> Configuration -> Project Checklist menu in that create project checklist with description.
Added Project Checklist Template
When user select project checklist template, its record added by default.
User can see project checklist has New, Complete and Cancel state also it will count based on checklist Complete. Click on check icon to complete checklist and cancel icon to cancel checklist.
