ZID Settings

Go to Settings > Users & Companies > Users, in that set up the ZID configuration.

ZID Module

Once access rights are enabled, Users can access the ZID module from the Odoo dashboard and use it easily.

ZID Store Configuration

Navigate to ZID > Stores, Create store and enter the required ZID integration credentials such as Store ID, X-Manager Token, Client ID and Client Secret. Then click on Connect With ZID to authenticate.

ZID Store Successfully Connected

After entering all required credentials, The ZID store status changes to CONNECTED, and user will see a confirmation message.

Once the store is successfully connected, The system automatically generates the Access Token, Refresh Token, and Expires In values, completing the authentication process.

Import ZID Customers

Under the Customers tab, When "Is Customer Log" toggle is enabled, The ZID Customers log section becomes visible. Now, User can click the Import Customers button to fetch and import all customers directly from user ZID store into Odoo.

ZID Contact List

In the wizard, the user will be able to view a list of customer contacts, organized by ZID code, After clicking on the log entry for the imported customer.

Accessing Import Customer

The "Import Customer" is now visible in the Sales module.

Viewing Imported Customers in ZID Admin Portal

In the ZID Admin Portal, Under the Customers menu, Users can view the customers they have imported into Odoo.

Importing Products from ZID to Odoo

In the Product tab, User must first enable the "Is Product Log" field. After that, They can click on the Import Product button to import products from ZID into Odoo.

Import Product Log

When user clicks on the "Import Product" button, a log entry should be created in the log section, Indicating that the product was imported.Now user can click on that log entry to open the corresponding wizard.

ZID Product List

In the wizard, The user will be able to view a list of product, organized by ZID products, after clicking on the log entry for the imported customer.

Viewing Synced Products from ZID to Odoo

Users can view the synced products along with their ZID ID and ZID Store Name after importing from ZID to Odoo.

Export Product From Odoo to ZID

User need to click on "Export Product" button to export product from Odoo to ZID.

User can view the export product log is visible in the log section.

Import Order from ZID to Odoo

User can import order for the sale module to clicking the "Import Order" button.

Warning for Missing Data During Order Sync

If no data is available in ZID, Warning message will be displayed.

Creating and Importing Orders from ZID to Odoo

To import an order into Odoo, the user must first create the order in ZID by clicking the Create Order button. Once the order is created in ZID, The user can then proceed to import it into Odoo.
