Configure ZID Settings
Go to Settings → Users & Companies → Users, open the required user, and configure the ZID access to allow the user to use the ZID Connector.
Access the ZID Module
After enabling the required access rights, users can open the ZID module from the Odoo dashboard to manage the ZID Connector.
Configure ZID Store
Go to ZID → Stores, create a new store, and enter the Store ID, X-Manager Token, Client ID, and Client Secret. Then click Connect With ZID to authenticate the store and connect it with Odoo.
ZID Store Successfully Connected
After entering the required credentials, the ZID store status changes to Connected, and a confirmation message is shown.
The system also automatically generates the Access Token, Refresh Token, and Expires In values to complete the authentication process.
Import ZID Customers
Under the Customers tab, enable the Is Customer Log option to display the ZID Customer Log section. Then click Import Customers to fetch and import customers from your ZID store into Odoo.
ZID Contact List
After opening an imported customer log entry, users can view the related customer contacts in the wizard, organized by their ZID Code.
Accessing Import Customer
After the customer import is enabled, users can access the Import Customer option from the Sales module to manage customer data imported from ZID.
Viewing Imported Customers in ZID Admin Portal
In the ZID Admin Portal, go to the Customers menu to view the customers that were imported from ZID into Odoo.
Importing Products from ZID to Odoo
Under the Product tab, enable the Is Product Log option to display the product import section. Then click Import Product to fetch and import products from the connected ZID store into Odoo.
Import Product Log
After clicking Import Product, a log entry is created in the Product Log section showing the import status. Users can click the log entry to open the related wizard and view the imported product details.
ZID Product List
After opening the product import log entry, users can view the list of products imported from ZID in the wizard, along with their related ZID product details.
Viewing Synced Products from ZID to Odoo
After importing products from ZID, users can view the synced products in Odoo along with their ZID ID and ZID Store Name for easy identification.
Export Product From Odoo to ZID
Users can click the Export Product button to export products from Odoo to the connected ZID store.
Export Product Log
After exporting a product, users can view the export product log in the Log section to check the export status and related details.
Export Product List
Users can view the products exported from Odoo to ZID in the product list, along with their synchronized product details.
Import Order from ZID to Odoo
Users can import orders from ZID to Odoo by opening the Sales module and clicking the Import Order button. This fetches the available ZID orders and creates them in Odoo.
Warning for Missing Data During Order Sync
If no order data is available in the connected ZID store, Odoo displays a warning message to inform the user that there are no orders available to import.
Creating and Importing Orders from ZID to Odoo
To import an order into Odoo, first create the order in the ZID Admin Portal by clicking Create Order. Once the order is created successfully, click Import Order in Odoo to fetch and import the order from ZID.
Imported Order, Products & Customer in ZID Dashboard
After importing the order into Odoo, users can view the order, related products, and customer details in the ZID Dashboard.
