Create Insurance
User can create new insurance by entering contact information, department information, insurance dates and other information, and see in "Draft" state, User have to click on "Open" button.
Insurance Payments
User can track the number of payments done by customer at which date and how much amount is paid by the customer for insurance under payment tab.
Send Insurance Remainder
User can send insurance premium payment
reminder to the customer via mail for that you have to
choose the date when you want to send reminder and it will
automatically sends reminder of payment to all customer the
gap between sending the reminder will be according to
follow-up-levels of you company.
Insurance Remainder Email
User can see due insurance remainder email send to user.
Insurance Report
User can also generate insurance report for all insurance or selected insurance.
Payment Follow-ups
You can also set followup setting regarding your company rules. It includes that when to send what reminder to customer according to starting or ending date of insurance. You can also set levels of sending reminder so it will automatically send reminder to customer of their payments.You can select gap between sending reminder and chose template of email which will sent to customer.
