User Access Rights
Under user configuration, you have to enable "Manager" or "User".
There are different roles for different users as described below:
- Director
- Staff
- Parents
- Family
- Approved Pickup
School Fees
Under Childcare Management > Configuration > School Fees menu users can create school fees.
Nutrition Interval
Under Childcare Management > Configuration > Nutrition Interval menu user can create nutrition interval.
Doctors
Under Childcare Management > Configuration > Doctors menu users can create doctors for childcare management.
Nutrition Configuration
Under Childcare Management > Configuration > Nutrition Configuration menu
users can create a different type of nutritious and add different foods with
quantity.
Notes for Child
Under Childcare Management > Configuration > Notes for Child menu users can create notes for the child.
Staff Degree
Under Childcare Management > Configuration > Staff Degrees menu users can create a different degree for staff.
Staff Certificate
Under Childcare Management > Configuration > Staff Certificate menu users can create different certificates for staff.
Submit Admission Inquiries
Portal users can submit admission inquiries under the "Inquiry" menu on the website.
Inquiries Email
When the user submits an inquiry then the user will get an email.
Admission Inquiries
Under Childcare Management > Admission > Inquiries menu users can see all inquiries. Users need to click the "CONFIRM INQUIRY" button.
Nutrition Email
Users will get an email notification on the nutrition of a child. Users can see the URL, user name, and password and can log in with this or directly open this URL.
Confirm Nutrition
Once done the tour, Customer would be get an email notification about review and ratings.
Once the user submits nutrition configuration user can see generated invoice.
Users can see generated invoices.
Enrollments Email
Users will get an email notification on the enrollment of a child. Users can see the URL, user name, and password and can log in with this or directly open this URL.
Confirm Enrollments
Users can select a classroom and enter other detail and confirm enrollment for the child.
Once the user submits enrollment user can see generated invoice.
Confirm Enrollments Payment
Created Child & Parent
On confirm inquiry user can see created child and parent will details.
Emergency Alert
On clicking the "Emergency" button user can send an emergency alert to the child's parent.
Share Media
Users can share media with children's parents by clicking the "SHARE MEDIA" button.
Users can see the sent email with attachments under chatter.
Parent Messaging
Users also can chat with the child's parent by clicking the "PARENT MESSAGING" button on the child or under Childcare Management > Notifications > Message To Parent menu.
Users can see email will send to the child's parent if the "Send Email"
option enable.
Users can send SMS to parents by enabling the "Send Message" option and SMS also send to mobile.
Parent
Under Childcare Management > My Childcare > Parent menu users can see the created parent of children.
Staff
Under Childcare Management > My Childcare > Staff menu users can see and manage staff for childcare management.
Lesson Planning
On clicking the "Today's Activity" button on the staff form view user can see lesson planning for school.
Users can also update lesson planning by clicking the "UPDATE LESSON PLANNING" button.
Enrollment Fees
Under Childcare Management > Admission > Invoices menu users can create invoices for child fees.
Parent School
Under Childcare Management > Schools > School menu users can see Parent school boolean. if boolean is on then school is consider as parent school.
Schools
Under Childcare Management > Schools > School menu users can see and manage multiple schools.
Class Rooms
Under Childcare Management > Schools > ClassRooms menu users can see and manage multiple classrooms for the school.
Class Room Activity
Users can see all class activities in the calendar view.
Supply Chain Management
Users can manage supplies for the school under Childcare Management > Supply Chain > Supply Chain menu Users can create a request for required products.
Request To Approve
Under Childcare Management > Supply Chain > Request To Approve menu users can approve supply chain requests.
Purchase Orders
On approve supply request, the user can see a purchase order created and a delivery order also created for that.
Staff Attendance
Under Childcare Management > Attendance > Staff Attendance menu users can see staff attendance.
Child Attendance
Under Childcare Management > Attendance > Child Attendance menu users can see child attendance.
Take a Leave from the Portal
User can take a leave for the parent in the portal.
Child Leave
Under Childcare Management > Attendance > Child Leave menu users can see child leaves.
Print Attendance
Users can print attendance reports for staff or children between selected dates by clicking the "Print Attendance" menu.
Users can see generated attendance reports.

Portal users will receive an email with a username and password to log in to the portal on enrollment.
