Jr Business Analyst

We are seeking a passionate and detail-oriented Junior Business Analyst with 0-1 year experience to join our growing Business Solutions team. In this role, you will assist in requirement gathering, process analysis, documentation, and coordination between clients and internal teams. This is an excellent opportunity to build a strong foundation in ERP systems, business process mapping, and IT consulting while working closely with experienced analysts and consultants.
Responsibilities
- Assist in gathering and analyzing client business requirements
- Document workflows, system specifications, and functional requirements
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including developers and consultants
- Support in preparing project reports, presentations, and training materials
- Participate in software demonstrations, UAT, and feedback collection
- Research and evaluate business processes to recommend improvements
- Monitor project tasks, timelines, and deliverables to ensure smooth progress
- Provide support in ERP implementation and post-go-live activities
Must Have
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, IT, Computer Science, or related field
- Passion for software products
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Good understanding of business functions such as Sales, Finance, Inventory, HR, etc.
- Excellent communication and documentation skills
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Ability to learn and adapt quickly in a tech-driven environment
Nice to have
- Internship or exposure to ERP systems (Odoo preferred)
- Basic knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodology
- Familiarity with UML, BPMN, or any process mapping tools
- Team player with a strong desire for learning and growth
