Odoo Project Coordinator

We are seeking an organized and proactive Odoo Project Coordinator to oversee and support the delivery of Odoo ERP implementation projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for project planning, client communication, task tracking, and ensuring smooth coordination between functional, technical, and support teams. This is an excellent role for someone with a strong understanding of ERP workflows and exceptional project management capabilities.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate and manage multiple Odoo implementation projects simultaneously
- Communicate project goals, tasks, and requirements among teams and stakeholders
- Develop project schedules, track tasks, and ensure timely delivery
- Maintain regular follow-up with clients and ensure customer satisfaction
- Create and manage project documentation including plans, reports, and progress updates
- Escalate risks, issues, and delays proactively to ensure continuity
- Conduct internal status review meetings and maintain project trackers
- Support project managers in handling deadlines, priorities, and resource allocation
Must Have
- 1–3 years of experience in IT project coordination or ERP project support
- Basic understanding of Odoo ERP modules and workflows
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
- Familiar with project management tools like Jira, Trello, or Excel trackers
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional global teams
- Analytical and process-oriented mindset
Nice to have
- Experience working with Odoo Partners or ERP implementation teams
- Knowledge of Agile/Scrum project methodologies
- PMP, CAPM, or related certification is an advantage
- Understanding of reporting and documentation practices
