Odoo Project Manager

We are seeking an experienced Odoo Project Manager to lead end-to-end ERP implementation projects and ensure successful delivery to our global clients. In this role, you will manage project planning, stakeholder communication, resource allocation, risk management, and overall execution. You will collaborate closely with functional consultants, technical teams, and clients to deliver scalable and optimized Odoo solutions.
Responsibilities
- Lead multiple Odoo ERP implementation projects from initiation to go-live
- Define project scope, timelines, milestones, and resource plans
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams including developers, functional consultants, and QA
- Conduct regular client meetings, status reporting, and requirement reviews
- Perform risk management and proactively resolve project issues
- Oversee functional testing, UAT, deployment, and post-implementation support
- Ensure delivery standards, quality compliance, and customer satisfaction
- Guide and mentor project coordinators / junior team members
- Collaborate with stakeholders to propose process improvements and best practices
- Track and monitor project KPIs while ensuring timely deliverables
Must Have
- 4–7 years of strong experience in ERP project management (Odoo preferred)
- Solid understanding of Odoo modules: CRM, Sales, Purchase, Accounting, Inventory, HRMS, Manufacturing, etc.
- Proven experience managing enterprise ERP projects for diverse industries
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and client-handling skills
- Strong knowledge of SDLC, Agile/Scrum, and project tracking tools (Jira/Trello/MS Project/etc.)
- Ability to manage complex projects with multiple stakeholders and priorities
- Leadership skills with a collaborative mindset
Nice to have
- Experience working with Odoo Official Partner companies
- PMP, PRINCE2, Scrum Master, or Agile certification is a plus
- Functional understanding of system integrations & data migration
- Experience working with international clients (US/UK/EU/Middle East)
