Odoo Teach Lead

We are looking for a skilled and proactive Odoo Tech Lead to guide our development team in building scalable and high-quality Odoo ERP solutions. The ideal candidate will have hands-on technical expertise along with leadership capabilities to oversee module development, code reviews, performance tuning, and seamless integrations. This role involves collaboration with cross-functional teams, ensuring timely delivery and successful deployment of ERP projects.
Responsibilities
- Lead, mentor, and support a team of Odoo developers
- Design and develop new Odoo modules and customize existing ones based on client requirements
- Ensure adherence to coding standards, best practices, and version control workflows
- Coordinate technical architecture and project planning with functional and project teams
- Integrate Odoo with third-party systems using APIs and connectors
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues across environments
- Support system upgrades, data migration, and deployment activities
- Review technical documentation, system performance, and delivery quality
- Provide technical insights in solution design and client discussions
Must Have
- 2–4 years of strong technical experience in Odoo ERP development
- In-depth knowledge of Python, XML, Odoo ORM, QWeb, PostgreSQL
- Familiarity with JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and web services (REST APIs)
- Experience working with Linux server environments and Git
- Strong analytical, debugging, and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent communication and team leadership skills
Nice to have
- Experience in performance optimization and DevOps workflows
- Exposure to Odoo Enterprise and Community editions
- Knowledge of micro-integrations, Odoo Sh, and cloud deployment
- Odoo certification is a plus
