Odoo App Store Coordinator

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Odoo App Store Coordinator to manage, publish, and optimize Odoo apps on the Odoo App Store and related marketplaces. The ideal candidate will ensure that product listings are accurate, visually appealing, and optimized for better visibility and user engagement. This role involves working closely with the product, development, and marketing teams to ensure smooth coordination and timely updates of apps.
Responsibilities
- Manage and upload apps to the Odoo App Store with accurate descriptions, screenshots, and release notes
- Regularly update listings based on new versions, enhancements, or bug fixes
- Collaborate with developers to gather technical details for app documentation
- Maintain quality and consistency of product listings to enhance visibility and conversions
- Monitor app performance, feedback, and ratings to suggest improvements
- Handle customer queries and coordinate support responses
- Ensure apps comply with Odoo Marketplace guidelines and standards
- Research competitor offerings and marketplace trends to support strategic improvements
- Coordinate marketing activities and promotional campaigns for app visibility
Must Have
- 2–4 years of experience in product coordination, digital marketplaces, or IT documentation
- Strong understanding of Odoo ERP ecosystem preferred
- Perfect written English
- Excellent written communication skills and ability to create user-friendly content
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks
- Basic technical understanding of modules, features, and ERP terminology
Nice to have
- Experience managing listings on Odoo App Store or similar platforms
- Knowledge of SEO for product listings and app visibility
- Familiarity with Odoo Community & Enterprise versions
- Prior exposure to IT product marketing or ERP services
