TECHNO FUNCTIONAL CONSULTANT

We are seeking an experienced Odoo Techno-Functional Consultant to join our growing ERP implementation team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of business operations and hands-on experience in Odoo ERP configuration, testing, deployment, and user support. You will act as a bridge between clients and developers to deliver high-quality, scalable Odoo solutions tailored to business needs.
Responsibilities
- Conduct requirement analysis and map business processes to Odoo modules
- Configure, customize, and implement Odoo applications across various industries
- Collaborate with technical teams to translate functional requirements into development tasks
- Prepare documentation including SRS, workflow charts, test cases, and training materials
- Lead client meetings, product demonstrations, UAT sessions, and go-live support
- Perform module testing and ensure successful deployment of project deliverables
- Provide user training, functional support, and troubleshoot ERP issues
- Participate in continuous improvement by analyzing gaps and delivering enhancements
Must Have
- 2–4 years of proven experience as an Odoo Functional or Techno-Functional Consultant
- Strong understanding of core Odoo modules: Sales, CRM, Purchase, Inventory, Accounting, HRMS, MRP, etc.
- Good knowledge of business workflows and ERP processes
- Strong communication, presentation, and client-handling skills
- Familiarity with Odoo architecture, database structure, and module integration
- Ability to work both independently and in a team environment
Nice to have
- Experience with both Odoo Enterprise and Community editions
- Knowledge of Python and Odoo Studio for minor customizations
- Experience with post-migration processes and integration projects
- Odoo certification is a plus
- Understanding of Agile/Scrum methodology
