Gemini API Key Configuration

Click on 'Create API key' to generate a new Gemini API key and start integrating it with Odoo.

Navigate to Settings > Users & Companies > Users, select the desired user, and enable the 'ChatAI User' access right to get permissions.

ChatAI Module

Once access rights are enabled, users can access the ChatAI module from the Odoo dashboard and use it easily.

In the ChatAI module settings, users can configure the Gemini model, enter the API key, and adjust the temperature for optimal performance.

ChatAI General Conversations

In the ChatAI module, users can chat with the AI assistant. It responds to queries, provides information, generates content, and helps with tasks.

Get Module Data with ChatAI

In the ChatAI module, users can ask questions to retrieve data from any module. As shown in the chat, ChatAI responds with relevant information, such as the total number of purchase orders and a list of confirmed purchase orders.

In the ChatAI module, users can ask for company details, and ChatAI will respond with the available companies.Users can view these companies in the header.

To review a previous question, the user can click 'Ask Again' within the 'Previously asked question' popup displayed on the chatbot.

Clicking the 'Ask Again' button will repeat the previous question.

To delete a chat, the user can click the delete button in the conversations list view. This will remove the chat from both the list view and the chat box.

Gemini "Chat from anywhere" Configuration

Click on 'Chat from anywhere' to enable mini Chat-bot Button functionality in Odoo.

User can see the button is visible on sale module.

Synced Tasks

User can see that the button is visible in the Invoicing module, When the user clicks on the button, a mini chat-bot opens.
