Odoo Function Consultant/Odoo Implementer

We are looking for a skilled Odoo Functional Consultant / Odoo Implementer to join our dynamic ERP team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in Odoo module configuration, workflow mapping, requirement analysis, and implementation support. You will work closely with clients to understand their business processes and translate them into efficient Odoo ERP solutions.
Responsibilities
- Gather and analyze client requirements and map them to appropriate Odoo modules
- Configure and implement Odoo applications: Sales, CRM, Purchase, Inventory, Accounting, HRMS, Manufacturing, etc.
- Participate in the full project lifecycle — requirement gathering, implementation, testing, training & go-live
- Collaborate with technical developers to execute customizations and integrations
- Prepare documentation including SRS, process flows, user manuals, and reports
- Conduct UAT, troubleshoot functional issues, and ensure high-quality delivery
- Provide Odoo training and post-implementation support to end users
- Assist in data migration, validation, and deployment planning
- Build strong client relationships and deliver exceptional customer satisfaction
Must Have
- 2–4 years of proven experience as an Odoo Functional Consultant or ERP Implementer
- Strong understanding of business processes and ERP concepts
- Good functional knowledge of major Odoo modules
- Excellent communication, presentation, and analytical skills
- Ability to create business requirement documents and GAP analysis
- Expertise in coordinating with technical teams and managing client expectations
Nice to have
- Experience in working with Odoo Partner companies
- Familiarity with Agile / Scrum methodologies
- Knowledge of SQL, basic troubleshooting & system configuration
- Odoo certification is a plus
- Experience with global client communication and remote implementation
