Create Sale Order and Add Shipping
User can create a new sale order and click on the "Add Shipping" button to select a shipping method.

User need to select MyDsv shipping method and click on "Get rate" button to get the rate of shipping service and click on "Add" button.
User can see the MyDsv delivery is updated in sale order line.
Now click on Confirm button to confirm the sale order.
