We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Executive to join our team with 2 -4 years Experience. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and driving revenue growth. You will collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to convert leads, pitch solutions, and support the complete sales cycle.
Responsibilities
- Identify, research, and pursue new business opportunities in target markets
- Conduct meetings, product demos, and presentations to potential clients
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships and partnerships
- Understand customer needs and provide appropriate product/service solutions
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction
- Manage end-to-end sales pipeline and achieve assigned sales targets
- Prepare proposals, quotations, and negotiate contracts
- Track sales activities and provide regular reports to management
Must Have
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
- 2–4 years of experience in business development, sales, or client acquisition
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Ability to build trust and maintain professional relationships
- Experience in B2B sales or IT/ERP domain is an advantage
- Goal-oriented mindset and strong problem-solving abilities
- Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office
Nice to have
- Experience working in Odoo / ERP / Software Solutions industry
- Understanding of basic business processes and technology trends
- Ability to deliver compelling demos and solution pitches
- Strong analytical skills
