Odoo Customer Support Executive

Ahmedabad, GJ, India

We are looking for a dedicated and customer-focused Odoo Customer Support Executive to join our support team. In this role, you will handle client queries, resolve functional and technical issues related to Odoo ERP, and ensure outstanding support experiences. You will work collaboratively with the consulting and development teams to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer queries via calls, tickets, emails, and chat
  • Provide timely functional support for Odoo modules including CRM, Sales, Purchase, Inventory, Accounting, HRMS, etc.
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot issues, document bugs, and coordinate with technical teams for resolution
  • Assist in module setups, user configuration, and minor problem-solving
  • Guide users on system features, best practices, and process improvements
  • Track and update ticket status in the support system with detailed notes
  • Maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure a positive support experience
  • Escalate critical issues and follow up to ensure timely resolution

Must Have

  • 1–3 years of experience in Odoo ERP support or IT customer support role
  • Strong understanding of business workflows and Odoo functional concepts
  • Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to manage multiple support cases efficiently
  • Familiarity with ticketing systems and support documentation
  • Customer-centric attitude and patience in handling queries

Nice to have

  • Experience with Odoo Community & Enterprise editions
  • Basic functional knowledge of SQL, Linux, or ERP integration
  • Ability to conduct user training and demos confidently
  • Previous experience in an Odoo Partner company is an advantage
