Odoo Sales Account Manager

The Sales Account Manager is responsible for driving business growth by identifying new salesopportunities, managing client relationships, and promoting Odoo ERP solutions. The role involvesunderstanding client requirements, presenting suitable solutions, and ensuring successful dealclosures while maintaining long-term customer satisfaction 

Responsibilities

  • Identify and generate new business opportunities for Odoo ERP solutions
  • Manage the Client Relationship and track the package and renewal process
  • Understand client business needs and propose appropriate Odoo modules and services
  • Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to prospective clients
  • Coordinate with pre-sales, functional consultants, and technical teams for solution alignment
  • Prepare proposals, quotations, and negotiate contracts with clients
  • Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and ensure repeat business
  • Maintain accurate sales pipeline and update CRM regularly
  • Stay updated with Odoo product features, upgrades, and market trends

Required Skills & Competencies

  • Strong understanding of ERP systems (preferably Odoo)
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
  • Ability to understand business processes across industries
  • Strong client relationship management skills
  • Result-oriented with a proven track record in sales
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, Marketing, or related field
  • 2–5 years of experience in ERP / Software / SaaS sales (Odoo preferred)
  • Experience in B2B sales and account management
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and sales tracking systems
