We are looking for a proactive and results-oriented Lead Generation Specialist to join our growing business development team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business prospects, creating qualified leads, and helping drive revenue growth. You will work closely with the sales and marketing teams to develop outreach strategies and ensure high-quality lead qualification.
Responsibilities
- Research, identify, and generate new B2B business leads across targeted markets
- Qualify inbound and outbound leads based on business potential and project scope
- Qualify the customer needs
- Maintain and update CRM systems with accurate prospect information
- Engage with prospects to understand business needs and schedule meetings for sales executives
- Collaborate with marketing to create outreach messaging and support campaigns
- Track and analyze lead performance metrics to optimize process effectiveness

Must Have
- 2–4 years of experience in Lead Generation, Cold Calling, or Inside Sales
- Strong understanding of B2B business dynamics (IT / ERP / Software industry preferred)
- Excellent communication and email writing skills
- Ability to conduct market research and identify target audiences
- Hands-on experience with CRM tools like Odoo, HubSpot, Zoho, or equivalent
- Self-motivated, goal-driven, and able to work independently
Nice to have
- Experience working with global clients (US/UK/EU/Middle East)
- Familiarity with LinkedIn Sales Navigator and lead generation automation tools
- Understanding of ERP/Odoo solutions is a strong advantage
- Strong analytical skills
