Delhivery Delivery Method Configuration
User need to enter Delhivery API Token, Delhivery Warehouse Name and need to select the Default Service Type and Payment Mode in Delhivery delivery method.
Create Sale Order
User can create a new sale order and click on the "Add Shipping" button to select a shipping method.
Add a Shipping Method Wizard
User need to select Delhivery shipping method and click on "Get rate" button to get the rate of shipping service.
User can see the rate of shipping service and click on "Add" button.
User can see the delivery method is added in sale order line. Now click on Confirm button to confirm the sale order.
Delhivery Delivery Method in Carrier
User can see the Delhivery delivery method is updated in carrier and click on Validate button to Done delivery.
Confirmed Delivery
User can see the delivery is done and shipping label and tracking number is generated. User can track their delivery status by the tracking number.
Shipment Tracking Details
After clicking on tracking button user will be redirected to Delhivery tracking page and track the order by entering mobile number or AWB number or Order ID or LRN.
Delhivery Shipping Label
Cancel Delivery
User can cancel their delivery by clicking on "Cancel" button.
Confirmation Wizard
After clicking on "Cancel" button a Confirmation wizard will open where user need to click on "Ok" button to cancel delivery.
Shipment Cancelled Message
User can see the shipment is cancelled message in delivery.
Send to Shipper Button
User have option to repeat the shipping process by clicking on "Send to Shipper" button.
Repeat Shipping Process
User can see the repeat Delhivery shipping method process with updated tracking reference.
