Twilio Module in Odoo
Twilio Configuration
Under Settings, Twilio Configuration tab user need to add Twilio Account SID, Twilio Auth Token and Your Twilio Phone Number. User can also add To Phone Number and Message and click on Test Connection.
Connection Successful Message
After clicking on "Test Connection" button a Connection Successful message will appear if test is successful.
Create Twilio SMS
Under Twilio > Twilio SMS menu user can create Twilio SMS by clicking on New button. Here user need to enter Subject and select Recipient Type "Individual" or "Multiple" or "Group" to send Twilio SMS.
Individual Recipient Type Twilio SMS Send
After selecting recipient type user need to select the partner to send message and also need to select the Message Type "Custom Message" or "Template". Select "Custom Message".
After Selecting Custom Message type user need to write the custom message that you want and click on "Send SMS" button.
Twilio SMS Sent to Selected Partner
User can see the Twilio SMS is sent and stage is changed to Sent.
Create SMS Template
Under Twilio > Configuration > SMS Templates menu user can create new SMS template by clicking on New button. Here User need to enter Template Name and Template Message.
Send Twilio SMS to Multiple Partners
Create Twilio SMS and select Recipient Type as "Multiple" and select multiple partners. Select Message Type as Template to send predefined message to partners and select Scheduled Date & Time and click on "Schedule SMS" button send Twilio SMS on scheduled time.
User can see, after clicking on "Schedule SMS" button the stage is changed to "Scheduled".
Scheduled SMS Sent
When scheduled SMS is sent to partners the stage is automatically changed to "Sent".

Create SMS Groups
Under Twilio > Configuration > SMS Groups menu, User can create the SMS Group by clicking on New button.Here User need to enter Group Name and Select Group Members to send bulk SMS to Groups.
Send Twilio SMS to Groups
Create Twilio SMS and select Recipient Type as Group. Select Groups and click on "Send SMS" button.Here user can select multiple groups.
User can see the Twilio SMS is sent and stage is changed to "Sent" stage.
Send SMS to Partner
Under Contacts form view user see the "Send SMS" button click on that button to send SMS to partner.
Send SMS Wizard
After clicking on the "Send SMS" button, Wizard will open where the user can view the Partner name, Phone Number, and select the Message Type.
After selecting the message type, The user needs to enter a custom message if "Custom Message" is selected and then click the "Send" button to send the SMS to the partner.
Send SMS In CRM Pipeline/Lead
In CRM Pipeline/lead action window user need to click on "Send SMS" button.
Send SMS Wizard
After Clicking on "Send SMS" button a wizard will open where user need to enter Message content and click on "Send SMS" button.
Twilio SMS Log History
Under Twilio > Twilio SMS > SMS History tab user can see the Twilio SMS history.
Warning/Validation
If partner does not have a phone no. and user try send SMS to that partner validation error occurs.
If partner mobile no. is invalid than validation error occurs.
If user try to send SMS without message body than validation error occurs.
